Anthony Cohn
I am a Consultant Paediatrician with experience in all general paediatric problems. I have developed special experience and expertise in:
Toileting issues- constipation, bedwetting, soiling and wetting.
Chronic Pain/Fatigue – including headaches.
School refusal
Baby Problems.
These have developed from taking a holistic, child centered approach to the practice of paediatrics. Believing that a good history and examination will often make tests and investigations unnecessary.
I graduated from St George’s Hospital, London in 1989 and started work in Paediatrics in 1990, training at various London hospitals - including Great Ormond Street Hospital. I was appointed Consultant Paediatrician in West Hertfordshire in 1999 and am registered with the General Medical Council as a specialist in Paediatrics and Neonatology.
Away from work, I am normally busy with my triplet teenage boys, I have recently started jogging and having managed to get to the end of the road, am now working on getting back as well!

 poop witholding in todlers and children, 23 Aug 2010
this is a fantastic book, it's a great insight and has helped us no end with our son who is witholding his poop! All health officials should purchase this book as we have had to reaserch this subject ourselves due to lack of knowledge on the health proffessionals part!

If anyone has a had problem with a child with constipation, witholding or soiling you will know the despair. This book is clear easy to follow, short and eminently practical.
